Twentieth Century Fox released 10 character posters for their upcoming X-Men film, Dark Phoenix, with the tagline that every hero has a dark side. This time around, the story pits the X-Men against one of their own, Jean Grey. During a rescue mission in space, Jean is hit by a cosmic force that slowly begins transforming her into the Dark Phoenix. Unlike X-Men: The Last Stand, this film will explore more of the cosmic side of Jean’s transition and has been compared to a Hitchcockian psychological thriller by producer Hutch Parker....

A new report indicates Dark Phoenix becoming a box office flop may be to blame for Spider-Man leaving the MCU, with Disney wanting Marvel Studios to focus on X-Men movies. AT&T has announced that Apple’s home city of Cupertino will be the first west coast location to get its gigabit fiber Internet service, GigaPower, reports Re/code. GigaPower is a 100 percent fiber optic network offering speeds of up to one gigabit. To put that speed into perspective, you could download an HD TV show in three seconds and download 25 music tracks in one second. Cupertino is among several Bay Area cities that AT&T had previously said it was considering — a list that included San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Campbell and Mountain View....

News is out today from the Apple Women’s Health Study on periods, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), and heart health. This study is done by the Harvard T.H. Damon Lindelof has confirmed that his Watchmen series for HBO won’t adapt the 12-issue iconic comic miniseries. It also, by consequence, won’t be an adaptation of Zack Snyder’s film from 2009.
